Аннотация
В статье рассматривается влияние реформы маршрутной сети «Магистраль 2.0» в Москве на горожан-пассажиров. Проведен качественный анализ комментариев горожан в социальных сетях, выявлены проблемные ситуации, с которыми столкнулись жители в ходе реформы: отмена привычных маршрутов, изменение системы пересадок, переименование маршрутов, перенос остановок. Найдены различия в видении развития наземного городского пассажирского транспорта между городскими планировщиками и пользователями общественного транспорта. Сделан вывод, что пассажиры оказались не знакомы с новой транспортной парадигмой, она кажется им нелогичной и неподходящей паттерну привычных перемещений, а также ведущей к утрате сложившейся городской идентичности. В ходе качественного анализа выявлено желание жителей сохранить историю и память места через нумерацию и трассировку маршрутов.
